Do you do a background check on your house keeper?

We do perform a background check for all our house keeper. We interview each housekeeper individually, check their documents to confirm to confirm their I.D.
We also collect references and proof of address. Each house keeper has to pass a test and the cleaning sessions prior to work at our clients home.
Will I have the same house housekeeper each time?

You will usually have the same house keeper attending your property all the time. If your regular housekeeper goes on a holiday or is unwell, we will find a replacement for the time. Keeping all info for that person will be forwarded as well.
Can I leave the housekeeper alone in the house?
It is entirely of the the client to be present or leaving the said housekeeper at the location during of cleaning and come back before the cleaner leaves. We kindly as customers not to follow cleaners around and observe social distance.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment can be made in either cheque, cash or bank transfer. If you do choose our banking options we will provide those details via email.
What if I am away on a holiday?
Planned holiday, so that we can inform your cleaner accordingly. Our housekeeping service is regular therefore your cleaner can still go to your property when you are away if necessary. Otherwise you will not be charged during the missed sessions.
If I want to change my housekeeper?
We will take your feedback on board and will provide a replacement housekeeper to make sure you are happy with there service.
